Important to note: You will perform most of your own accounting, so make sure you have the time and willingness to do so.

Initial QuickBooks Online (QBO) chart of accounts set up
Government grant and contract budgets set up in QBO
Initial training on how to use your system properly
Ongoing monthly oversight of your accounting:
You pay your bills, code expenses and prepare time sheets
We distribute your labor costs & provide ongoing feedback
We provide a monthly job cost report and indirect cost rate calculation
You are responsible for the basic accounting. We provide support and coaching.

Ideal for a company that has a cost-reimbursable type award and has someone to manage the books and prepare the government invoicing.
Important to note: Your accountant will perform your accounting, make sure you are confident in their knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
